SunbizPro helps customers prepare and submit Florida LLC formation paperwork and offers website, branding, metal business-card, and administrative support packages. Aurelian Advisory Group LLC operates this website and provides the administrative filing service. Our focus is a clear process: transparent fees, review of your information, and your authorization before submission.
How our service works
You choose a package and send an initial inquiry. We follow up to confirm the filing details, scope, and payment. You review the prepared information and authorize submission before we file. Florida determines whether to accept a filing and how long processing takes.
Formation costs $99 in service fees plus the $125 Florida state fee, totaling $224. Guided Launch costs $199 in service fees plus the $125 state fee, totaling $324. Neither package requires a SunbizPro subscription. Compare the packages and exclusions.
SunbizPro and official Sunbiz
Sunbiz is the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations’ official business-records and filing resource. SunbizPro is a separate, private service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sunbiz, the Florida Department of State, or any government agency.
You can file directly with the state and pay the applicable state fees without our service fee. Our service is for people who prefer administrative help preparing and submitting their LLC paperwork.
How we prepare our guides
Our Florida LLC guides explain common formation questions in plain language. We use primary sources, including the Florida Department of State, Florida Statutes, and the IRS, and link readers to those sources. Each guide shows when its sources were checked.

Our package menu includes websites starting at $499 with a logo kit, business email, and first-year hosting, plus metal business cards, capability statements, and optional SAM registration assistance. Each project has a defined scope and requires your approval before paid work. SAM.gov registration and renewal are free; our fee is only for optional help.
What we do—and the limits
We provide administrative filing assistance. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Registered-agent service, future annual-report fees, and legal or tax advice are not included in our formation packages. We do not guarantee name availability, filing approval, or a particular processing time.
