Service terms

These terms describe the SunbizPro website and services offered by Aurelian Advisory Group LLC. Review the package scope and your project-specific written agreement before paying.

An independent service

SunbizPro is a private provider of administrative filing assistance, website and brand design, and branded business-card services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sunbiz, the Florida Department of State, SAM.gov, or any government agency. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice through these packages.

Inquiries and engagement

Submitting a website form asks us to contact you about the selected package. It does not form an LLC, reserve a name, authorize a government filing, begin paid design work, place a production order, or process a payment. Before paid work begins, we confirm scope, information requirements, fees, delivery estimates, revision allowances, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms. Government filings and card production require your separate approval.

Published packages and base fees

See the package menu for exact inclusions, exclusions, and renewal options. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, shipping, requested extras, premium domains, and changed government fees are confirmed before payment. The annual-report total assumes a timely Florida LLC report; Florida adds a $400 late fee after May 1 while regular annual-report filing remains available. Reinstatement and overdue years are separately scoped.

Florida LLC and annual-report assistance

LLC Formation includes review of supplied information, Articles preparation, your approval, submission, filing updates, and digital state documents when available. Guided Launch adds a scheduled walkthrough, free IRS EIN self-application guidance, a post-formation checklist, and annual-report guidance. Registered-agent service, optional state certificates, future reports, amendments, licenses, permits, and legal or tax advice are excluded unless separately agreed. Annual Report Help covers one report only, not an ongoing filing authorization.

You are responsible for accurate information, authorized signatures, reviewing the prepared filing, and selecting an eligible registered agent who accepts the appointment. Florida controls acceptance and processing. We do not guarantee name availability, approval, formation dates, liability outcomes, or tax savings. You can file directly with the state without our service fee.

Website, logo, email, and domain scope

Website & Brand and LLC + Website Launch include up to three informational website pages with two website revision rounds; one logo concept with two logo revision rounds; PNG and SVG logo files, colors, and a font pairing; a contact form and basic on-page SEO; plus the first-year services listed below. You supply approved business copy, factual claims, and images you are authorized to use. Ecommerce, custom applications, booking systems, ongoing edits, migrations, additional pages, licensed assets, and copywriting from scratch are separate quotes.

The included hosting, SSL, and one business mailbox term is 12 months from website launch. The standard .com domain allowance is up to $20; the domain term begins at registration. Premium domains and costs above the allowance are additional. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are not included. Optional renewal for hosting, SSL, one mailbox, and the same domain allowance is $149/year, with your approval. We do not automatically charge a SunbizPro renewal. If you decline, arrange alternative services and domain renewal before expiration to avoid interruption.

Your domain is registered in your business’s name. Approved site and logo files are supplied after final payment. Third-party fonts, licensed imagery, platforms, and software remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Trademark clearance and registration are not included. SEO setup is not a promise of indexing, traffic, ranking, or an AI citation.

Engraved metal business cards

The Metal Business Cards package contains 50 single-sided engraved aluminum cards, a layout using your supplied logo, one layout revision, and a digital proof. The LLC + Metal Card Launch package also includes LLC Formation and Logo & Brand Kit. Shipping and applicable sales tax are confirmed before payment. Stainless steel, double-sided engraving, other finishes, extra revisions, and reprints are separate quotes.

Production begins only after you approve the proof and the final material, finish, quantity, delivery address, and price. Check spelling, contact details, and QR destinations carefully. Vendor availability and delivery estimates are confirmed before ordering. A digital mockup is an illustration and may differ from the physical material. Any correction, cancellation, or reprint policy is supplied with the order terms.

SAM registration assistance

SAM.gov registration, Unique Entity ID assignment, and renewal are free. The $399 package is an optional assistance fee for one initial registration engagement: a checklist, guided review, administrative submission support, and two validation follow-up sessions. Existing access disputes, complex validation remediation, later renewals, and additional support are separately scoped. You may register directly at SAM.gov.

Your business retains the Entity Administrator role. Any third-party role must comply with SAM.gov’s current terms. Accounts are individual; do not share Login.gov passwords or MFA codes. Your authorized representative confirms the facts, representations, certifications, and required authorizations. Enter tax, banking, and identity information through the relevant secure official systems rather than the general SunbizPro inquiry form. We do not guarantee validation, activation dates, certifications, eligibility, grants, or contract awards.

Capability statements and other design work

Capability Statement covers a single PDF page and two revision rounds using client-supplied and approved facts. It does not include proposal writing or government certification. Logo & Brand Kit includes one concept and two revision rounds, with the deliverables listed in the package menu. You are responsible for authorizing supplied assets and verifying business experience, identifiers, and credentials.

Cancellations and corrections

Before payment, you receive the cancellation, refund, and correction terms for the agreed engagement. Request any cancellation promptly at hello@sunbizpro.com. Submitted government filings, registered domains, and approved custom production orders may not be reversible. We do not promise refunds of government or third-party charges.

Privacy and website information

Our privacy notice explains how we handle inquiries. Website information is general; illustrative designs are not customer testimonials or proof of a prior client project.
