This notice explains how Aurelian Advisory Group LLC, operating SunbizPro, handles information collected through this website and its service inquiry form.
Information you provide
When you request a package or project review, we collect your name, email address, business or project name, selected package and its published scope and price, contact consent, and any optional phone number or message you provide. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, identity documents, Login.gov passwords, MFA codes, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss the services you selected, arrange follow-up, maintain inquiry records, and protect the website against misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list or authorize a payment or state filing.
Hosting and security records
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and server logs. The inquiry system uses hashed IP identifiers and timestamps to limit abusive submissions. Inquiry records and delivery status are stored in a private directory outside the public website. Website access is protected by HTTPS when deployed with an active certificate.
Service providers and disclosures
We use hosting and email providers to operate this website and deliver inquiries. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to provide their services. We do not sell inquiry information. We may disclose information when required by law or to address security, fraud, or legal obligations.
Service fulfillment is a separate step
If you later engage us for a filing, website, design, card-production, or registration-assistance project, we will confirm the required details and obtain your authorization. We explain any additional service-provider sharing needed for fulfillment before collecting or sending that project information. Information submitted to the Florida Department of State may become a public record. An inquiry through this website is not a state filing.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiries while responding and as reasonably needed for business records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Records are reviewed and removed manually; deletion is not automatic. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing hello@sunbizpro.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
Cookies, local storage, and external links
This website does not use advertising trackers or store your inquiry details in browser local storage. Hosting and security systems may use technically necessary cookies. Links to the State of Florida, the IRS, or other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
